I clicked on the link, that way I would have to buy the software, I shouldn't have to do that since this external hard drive is less than a year old. When me computer crashed I had to take it all the way back to the factory reboot, so nothing extra was on the computer. I am not a tech person, all I am trying to do it get my external hard drive to work automatically again.
